During a recent visit to Troy, my son and I discovered this establishment. We found the premises to be exceptionally clean, and the staff demonstrated remarkable hospitality, offering a diverse selection of culinary options. I personally selected the Veggie BLT, which included avocado slices, alongside the Avocado Toast, which my son and I shared. Additionally, I enjoyed a Berry Bliss Smoothie, to which a staff member graciously added Acai. My son opted for the Chic'N & Waffles and a Youth Phoria Juice. All selections were meticulously prepared, exhibiting both excellent taste and thoughtful presentation. This establishment will undoubtedly be a top consideration for dining on my subsequent visit to Troy.

This place makes my day! The food is amazing. From the chick'n and blueberry waffles to their bourbon chick'n sandwich to their loaded fries. They have excellent juices and smoothies as well. You can really taste the flavors... I haven't tried everything on their menu but I am sure everything would be delicious and well prepared. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. The people are very accommodating and approachable.

I've been twice. Both times because I had business in one of the government offices in the building. Both times the same male barista was in attendance. I didn't get his name, but he is amazing at his job He's got a beautiful smile, he's very personable and knowledgeable of all of the items on the menu. He was patient with me as I took my time to peruse the menu and create my own iced coffee the 1st time and juice smoothie the next. I have dietary issues which were met as well. I thanked him and told him that his face should be on the sign out front representing this establishment. I recommend this essay and it's employee highly.

First of all, the weekly soups at Organa are always out of this world—full of flavor, comforting, and incredibly filling. Every time I visit, there’s something new to try, and it never disappoints. What truly makes this place special, though, is the atmosphere the owner has created. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like family. The attentiveness is unmatched—they’re warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about your experience from start to finish. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing your food to go, the service is consistently top-notch. It’s rare to find a place that delivers both amazing food and such thoughtful, high-quality service every single time. Organa has definitely mastered both.

We were looking for some healthy breakfast options downtown and stumbled across this place. It's inside a hotel and there is plenty of parking in the lot across the street. It was run by a very friendly young man who took our orders at the counter. He offered to modify my acai bowl for me which I really appreciated. His French toast was also absolutely delicious!
